    FULL DUTIES:

    Seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant for Sales Department. This position is responsible for providing the sales staff team with administrative, clerical, project management, customer service, sales orders, and sale leads support. Acts as a liaison between customers and all departments, this position report to the CEO.

    The selected candidate will further possess:

    • Expert in MS Suite (Word and Excel must be at intermediate levels)
    • Excellent communication and writing skills
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Must be a team player
    • Attention to detail
    • Must be organized
    • Excellent multi-tasking skills
    • Experience with ERP systems

    The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

    • Manage all customer inquiries
    • Answer telephone calls and email inquiries
    • Handle orders, complaints, and inventory inquiries
    • Process change orders and help maintain change order database
    • Process sales data and progress reports (Quotes Dashboard, Booking Summary)
    • Process product quotes and re-cost
    • Marketing Management - (Collaborate with Marketing Team)
    • Manage and direct all sales leads to account executives
    • Maintain client database.
    • Arrange meetings and conference room bookings
    • Coordinate and assist in organizing trade shows & travel arrangements
    • Organize events, conferences, and other meetings
    • Ensure all client information is correct
    • Maintain customer files (electronic and hard copies)
    • Resolve pricing discrepancies
    • Analyze sales reports
