    • 3-5 years of general ledger accountant experience

    • Experience with Month / yearly end reporting
    • Cash management AP/AR/GL experience

    FULL DESCRIPTION:

    ** The General Ledger Accountant will be responsible for the preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations. This position will also cross-train in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Requires working independently.**

    Responsibilities:

    Prepare monthly journal entries and adjustments

    • 1. Prepare monthly account reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
      1. Assist with compliance reporting for state and local agencies.
      2. Prepare and post expense allocations to programs and grants.
      3. Prepare program financials and supporting general ledger
      4. Assist the Budget and Finance Manager /Grant budget preparation and overall grant management.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of general ledger accountant experience
    • Bachelors Degree is a must
    • Experience with Month / yearly end reporting
    • Cash management AP/AR/GL experience

    Pay $25.00-$27.00/hr DOE
