STAFFING MANAGER (SALES AND RECRUITING)
TalentZok is hiring a permanent Staffing Manager for our internal Direct Hire Services team! We were recently named to the Business Journal's Best Places to Work 2019 and we are looking for some talented go-getters to join our team and help us continue our growth in our San Diego, CA office.

The Staffing Manager performs inside/outside B2B sales, recruiting and customer service activities with existing and prospective clients. STAFFING MANAGER – the nitty gritty
TalentZök (along with sister divisions Simply Biotech and Defense Search) specializes in providing professional staffing and recruitment services to Southern California businesses. We are currently seeking a Staffing Manager who will be responsible for selling our services as well as sourcing, screening and representing qualified candidates to our external customers. The Staffing Manager will be responsible for selling our services to and developing relationships with businesses who are hiring as well as sourcing, screening and placing candidates into those positions.

The Usual:
BA/BS Degree strongly preferred
B2B Sales Experience required
2+ years of experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Proven ability to meet and exceed goals/metrics
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver exceptional service and results
Attention to detail, even when multi-tasking or when under a deadline
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Ethical in all actions
Desire to have fun and grow with a dynamic local company
