    • 6+ months of admin/clerical work

    FULL DESCRIPTION: FILES CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION IN PERSONNEL & MEDICAL FILES, SOME EXCEL SPREADSHEET WORK AND REPRESENTS THE COMPANY IN A PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY MANNER.

     

    The selected candidate will further possess:

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a helpful, friendly, and outgoing attitude.
    • Must have a positive attitude and be a self-starter.
    • Must be organized with the ability to set and meet goals
    • Experience with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Must have a valid Class C License.

     

    The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:

    • Files all paperwork into personnel, medical and termination files of the company with minimal error.
    • Creates or updates various Excel spreadsheets for benefit input information.
    • Continually assists with various tasks (typing, sorting, spreadsheets, etc.) for all of HR and Executive Assistant.
    • Other tasks, projects and duties as assigned.
