Talented Search Group is seeking an Interim Senior Accountantfor a 2-3 month engagement in Irvine. The Interim Senior Accountant will support and assist in the daily accounting operations, month-end close, and perform related analytics when necessary. The Interim Senior Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Participate in full-cycle general accounting functions of the organization
• Assist with the month-end and year-end close process with heavy involvement in G/L account reconciliations and related analysis
• Ensure accurate and detailed accounting of fixed assets, payroll, and sales tax transactions
• Participate in ad-hoc accounting and finance projects

 

The qualified Senior Accountant must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.  The Senior Accountant must have extensive G/L accounting experience and must have utilized Microsoft Great Plains.  A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is required due to the involvement with compensation.  The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment along with being detail-oriented and organized is critical to the success within this role.
