Our industry leading technology client is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their accounting department and assist with their Accounts Receivable operations.  The Accounting Specialist will be an integral part of the daily cash receipts and collections process.  This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Daily reconciliation of payments and apply cash receipts
• Review past due balances and proceed with appropriate collection actions
• Process chargebacks associated with rebates, pricing, and other deductions
• Research and resolution of customer payment discrepancies
• Partner with the Sales department to resolve customer issues
• Assist in various ad-hoc projects and corporate initiatives assign by management

The qualified Accounting Specialist will possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• At least 2+ years of experience with Accounts Receivable
• A detail oriented mindset along with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast paced environment
• Solid Excel skills
• EDI and ASN knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
