Our growing, global technology focused client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to establish an internal marketing function for the organization by transitioning from an outsourced marketing operation to in-house. The Marketing Manager will play a hands-on role in driving the development and execution of the internal marketing function in order to promote the corporation’s service offerings. The Marketing Manager will manage all facets of marketing including, but not limited to, marketing strategy, marketing materials and content creation for its social media channels and presence, and budgeting, analytics, and reporting. Main responsibilities include:

• Develop and deliver global marketing strategies via digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation campaigns
• Create and improve marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, and promotional content for internal and external use
• Manage and update the organization’s social media channels by consistent content promotion and creation and interaction with online followers
• Partner effectively with the global leadership team to ensure marketing synergies and buy-in from all functions and locations
• Review and improve marketing performance through effective budget analysis and ROI measurements
• Strategize and construct market entry plans for new target regions by thoroughly analyzing various channels, customer segments, and partners

The qualified Marketing Manager will possess the following:

• Preferably 7+ years of experience in a corporate Marketing Manager capacity with international exposure and strong managerial experience
• Strong background in marketing principles, digital marketing, social media, and advertising
• Experience working in an organization with global operations/locations is preferred

• Must be hands-on, detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong organizational and planning skills
• Excellent analytical, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

This opportunity will initially operate in a 100% in-office working arrangement but may explore some flexible working arrangements once settled in.
