Our large, privately-held services client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join one of their fast-growing business units to aggregate, analyze, and report critical financial data and information for decision making support by management and executives. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Help manage forecast models with updates to data and assumptions utilized
• Review external research reports and provide insight for corporate projections
• Provide financial reporting and analysis for various business units and product mix to assist in strategic planning
• Provide financial guidance and analysis over the full P&L including profitability analysis, operating expense trends, and cost accounting
• Develop budgets and forecasts, and streamline processes and procedures

The qualified Senior Financial Analyst must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related area with approximately 4+ in corporate finance.  Strong Excel skills (e.g., V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Index Match, Indirect) are required and prior experience with an ERP system, such as Oracle, is highly preferred as well as data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI.  Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess the impact of operations on financial results are required.  In addition, the qualified candidate should have strong cognitive, communication, and leadership skills.  The ability to work independently but also as a contributing team member is required along with a positive, optimistic attitude/mindset.
