Talento Search Group has an opening for a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator in Mishawaka, Indiana. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is between $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. POSITION SUMMARY: The human resources coordinator is a key part of the human resources team as their work involves addressing issues raised by current employees and new-hires, organizing and scheduling orientations, and coordinating other HR functions such as training and development. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for processing of all payroll, timecard review and submittal
• Completion of all new hire documentation and paperwork
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Coordinate all benefits enrollment
• Administer wellness initiatives for employees
• Assist in conflict resolution and resolving employee relations issues
• Keep avenues of communication open between all departments
• Make certain that all safety requirements are met
• Create and maintain month-end reports

EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Management or related field?
• At least 2-3 years of Human Resources experience
• Manufacturing experience is helpful
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
