DURATION : 1 YEAR CONTRACT
PAY : $39/HR ON W2
Job Summary: We seek an enthusiastic and motivated individual as a Sales and/or Business Development Representative (SDR/BDR) based on experience. This role will be responsible for positioning partner applications to internal employees as well as new and existing customers over the phone, email, and Slack. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer and employee relationships. Generate leads and pipeline from incoming inquiries and outbound prospecting
Manage and maintain a high volume of partner interactions daily, including phone calls, emails, and chats
Qualify leads and develop sales strategies to close deals effectively
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve sales strategies and processes
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Continuously update and maintain accurate customer information
Attend and participate in sales team meetings and training sessions Requirements:
Proven experience in an inside sales role
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Salesforce
A positive attitude, high energy, and a desire to succeed in sales Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field
