QA Supervisor – 2nd shift

Mon-Fri. Direct-hire. Lake Forest, CA

Base: 72-84k DOE

Talentry is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor who can ensure that our manufacturing quality goals are met. This includes working cross-functionally to supervise manufacturing QA Technicians and staff to promote a high quality, as well as a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

This individual will work with QC, Facilities, Maintenance, Manufacturing, and other departments to ensure cGMP compliance, meet company production goals, provide opportunities for training and growth for employees, and ensure the optimization of safety, production, quality, and results.  This person will develop SOPs, quality tests and procedures, analyze deviations and CAPAs, etc.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience Quality Assurance in a Production/Manufacturing environment

2+ years of supervisory experience

Proven experience in an FDA regulated cGMP environment (Pharma, Biotech, Food, Nutraceuticals, supplements)

21 CFR part x regulation experience

Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
