Job Description

Network Engineer with some Cisco ACI- (Application Centric Infrastructure- a software-defined networking (SDN) solution designed for data centers). Implementation of Cisco ACI, Switching, Routing, SDWAN and Security products. Exposure to Cisco ACI, enough to mentor others coming up. Engineering, configuration, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of local area network (LAN) and/or wide area network (WAN). SDN (Software Defined Networking). SD-WAN (Software Defined Wide Area Network). Technical support to departments and users with regards to the LAN/WAN. I Analysis, design and development of new LAN/WAN initiatives. Integrating business systems within the corporate information technology environment. Develops business cases for request for new or additional hardware or software. Resolve issues relating to LAN/WAN. Highest level of support to the technical operations groups and junior level engineers. Creating and maintaining documentation for all assigned Enterprise network designs. Project managing complex technical projects and communicating status to customers. Voice Over IP; experience with Cisco and Avaya VOIP Products and VoIP standard protocols ie SIP, H323 etc. IP Routing, Quality of Service technologies with demonstrated implementation in a large enterprise organization. Packet capture and packet analysis. Dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP etc. Troubleshoot complex IP networks that support voice, data and possibly video. F5 BIG-IP with implementation experience in a large enterprise organization. Load Balancing schemas. UCS/VDI data center environments. VPN/IPSEC tunnels and NAT protocols. IP Management for Enterprise systems. WiFi design components and WiFi implementations. LAN/WAN systems, networks, and Layer 4-8 applications. CCNP great but not required. Cisco ACI required. SDN (Software Defined Networking). SD-WAN (Software Defined Wide Area Network). Cloud experience a plus. 100% REMOTE. Colorado time zone. Data center. ACI Engineer.
