  • Responsibilities

    Talentuch is looking for an experienced German-speaking Recruiter to help us engage German-speaking candidates.

    Talentuch is an international recruitment agency operating in the IT markets of the United States, Canada, Europe, and South America.

    Duties

    • Source for candidates in Germany for the assigned positions and for talent pool;
    • Introduce our agency to these candidates, screen candidates on their skills, experience, motivators, and assess candidate's future career needs;
    • Work with German-speaking hiring managers to understand the needs and wants of each position, craft job postings in German, and present clients' job to passive and active candidates;
    • Schedule Interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and business development team as needed;
    • Update Talentuch CRM records on a regular basis;
    • As an IT Recruiter, you will be having calls with the client's hiring managers and presenting the candidates in German.

    Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment;
    • German written and spoken - high level;
    • English written and spoken - intermediate level.

    Conditions and compensation

    • Work on a freelance basis;
    • Remote job;
    • Hourly compensation is $15/h or based on candidate's expectations;
    • + Bonuses for closed vacancies.
