As an Inbound Call Center Agent at Talk Chatty Vibe, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Develop a strong understanding of Talk Chatty Vibe's offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
Stay informed about updates, promotions, and changes in services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the call center database.
Input relevant information and notes into customer profiles.
Ensure that customer service meets or exceeds established standards.
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
Provide information on promotions and discounts.
