    • Provide excellent customer service consistent with the Triton philosophy of treating the customer as we would want to be treated.
    • With direction from Territory and Regional Managers, execute territorial and regional sales plan for each major account to align with and achieve corporate and strategic plans
    • Create and maintain an outbound call plan to distribution locations in order drive revenue and enhance sales of higher margin items. 
    • Be first point of contact for new inquiries and direct to internal or distributor contacts as appropriate. 
    • Address installation and/or technical questions from inbound calls. Forward/escalate to appropriate internal contact as necessary.
    • Participation on corporate regional team(s)

    EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED

    EXPERIENCE: 5 years of demonstrable success in a customer service role 

    COMPUTER SKILLS: Competence in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel

    CERTIFICATIONS: ID MII-XXXX (S)

  • Qualifications
    • Ability to communicate effectively with management and co-workers.
    • Advanced knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical operations, welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, motor repair and troubleshooting, etc.
    • Mechanically inclined-Advanced.
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple complicated tasks and complete without direct supervision.
    • Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to handle physical requirement of the position to include but not limited to; lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, working on elevated platforms, working in confined spaces, work while wearing a respirator.
    • Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety.
    • Basic knowledge of computer-based maintenance management systems.
    • HS Diploma/GED.
    • Graduate from an accredited Technical School with emphasis on electrical and mechanical repair desired.
