  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs. Required is an in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. Experience executing marketing projects from conception to production is necessary. Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must, as well as, providing advice and counsel to internal clients on corporate identity and design standards and policies.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Art direction on all high-level design projects, from conception to delivery
    • Generate ideas to portray concepts and to advertise products/services
    • Produce high-quality strategic pursuits (proposals, interviews)
    • Design original pieces creatively and consistently under deadline within defined constraints
    • Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
    • Liaise with marketing and design teams
    • Review designers work to ensure high quality
    • Train designers as necessary on software and tools
    • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and disseminate this information

    Required Skills

    • Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and juggle multiple projects
    • Extensive knowledge in layout, color, and visual communication
    • Strong production and creative problem-solving skills, with attention to visual details
    • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts
    • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team

    Required Experience

    • BA degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
    • Proven work experience (5 to 10 years) in visual/graphic design
    • Proficient in Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Powerpoint, and other related design applications
    • Demonstrated versatility and experience in the areas of print media, digital communications and multimedia technologies
