We understand and provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.

     

    We are currently seeking a TACCOM Program Analyst, Senior (Secure Comms) to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. 

     

    The Program Analyst Sr. applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies Government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

    The level of effort in our customer team is due to significantly ramp up and we need to prepare to support multiple concurrent integrations across a high number of platforms. The candidate we are looking for understands budget financial management, appropriation constraints, funds obligations/expenditure tracking along with some experience in generating delivery orders (SOW, CDRLs, etc.). The candidate must also have a working knowledge of the Navy ERP and CSPT tools.

    The project execution may include contracting for integration services with contractors that specialize in some aspects of the work, therefore an ideal candidate will understand the financial aspects and efforts to generate or review documentation to contract for support services.

    The functional description of the opportunity includes:  Conducts quantitative analysis. Builds and manipulates spreadsheets. Provides financial and/or accounting support to the activity. Assists program/project personnel with financial tracking, spend plans, budget formulation, budget execution, financial data calls and overall financial support for multiple appropriations. Collects and analyzes data utilizing NERP to upload data and track project and program funding. Enters and reconciles Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) data.

     

    REQUIRED EDUCATION: Senior – MA/MS degree

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Senior – over 10 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description. 

    MUST HAVE WORKING EXPERIENCE OF NERP

    MUST HAVE WORKING EXPERIENCE OF CSPT

    MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN A NAVAIR PMA

     

    SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED
