    Oversee the Workflow Engineering Process, including the arrival and processing of new jobs, job flow through various processors, job queues and quality control of completed jobs. Covering and including verification of proper output, quantities of hard copy sets and correct instructions on delivery. Must be organized, team oriented and self-motivated/sufficient.

    Required Skills

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

     

      • Oversee the Workflow Engineering Process, including the arrival and processing of new jobs, job flow through various processors, job queues and quality control of completed jobs. Covering and including verification of proper output, quantities of hard copy sets and correct instructions on delivery.
        • Management and maintenance of all Workflow hardware in house. This includes 2 PC’s and 2 Xerox copy machines. Verification of correct operational capacities of virtual processors, monitoring all seal processors and print queues and notifying the IT team of any and all problems that may arise.
        • Coordinate and update Mailroom procedures and policies for Workflow Engineering documents and company records. Including providing customer and Engineering support via e-mail and phone on various subjects such as seal jobs, resends, auto reseals, sealed General details, retrieval of old jobs, billing questions and credits. Verification of shipments, maintaining the FedEx Ship Manager Software and distribution of incoming mail.
        • Assist the Corporate IT department with in house servers, switches and other technology located in the server room.
        • Purchase all office supplies including chemicals for all copiers and fax machine and first aid supplies. Make special purchases of IT chairs and standing desk for engineers as needed. Submitting recommendations for improvements/upgrades of old equipment or expiring leases to IT and VP of Engineering. Monthly monitor on the Marley AED unit located in the breakroom and report its status and purchase new batteries when needed.
        • Run reports for analyses as requested by the VP of Engineering. Plus monitoring of PE seals using our EngAdmin App.
        • Prepare and create invoices for all Tampa billable items from Vendor invoices using QAD software.
        • Create new and replacement key cards as needed for building access for employees.

    Required Experience

    SKILLS & ABILITIES:

    • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.   
    • EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years Local Area Network Support. Microsoft MCSE certification a plus -equivalent experience acceptable. 
    • COMPUTER SKILLS: Minimum 1+ year experience implementing and supporting the following software versions: Windows 20XX Server, Windows Active Directory Architecture/Domain Identity Services Architecture including group policies, McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator, HP Insight Manager, VMware, Virtual Server experience is a must. Network and system monitoring tools is also a plus.
