ArcWorks is a world-class contract manufacturer with 85,000 square feet of manufacturing space providing a variety of services including Class 7 clean rooms, electro-mechanical assembly, kitting, and packaging.
The Production Control Coordinator at ArcWorks performs all duties related to scheduling, planning, review of work center capacity, and due dates based on requirements from customers to meet business goals and financial targets. The Coordinator will work closely with all departments and personnel within the facility.
- Participates in the ArcWorks feasibility reviews to develop the job process; time studies and resources required to implement new process projects and jobs.
- Responsible for building bill of material and routers in Great Plains system. Updates with changes as necessary.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the ArcWorks Production/Engineering Change Notice process by initiating change orders, obtaining proper sign-offs, training staff, and reporting on compliance.
- Reviews orders and customer due dates to identify when production needs to start in order to meet delivery dates, and alerts Production when due dates conflict.
- Provides updates to production schedule to communicate on-time status and identify where production dates will not be met. May assist Production in determining how to get the project back on track.

Required Experience
Associates’ degree preferred plus two years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment. Experience in an ISO environment desired. Experience with time and motion studies / time studies preferred. Experience in manufacturing enterprise software highly desired. Lean manufacturing, 5s, process development desired.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
• Valid NYS Driver's License. Availability of insured personal vehicle to transport self as necessary.
