    We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to assist with administrative tasks at our recruiting office in Torrance, CA. Duties Include: Sorting Mail Copy/Scanning Documents Answering Phones Data Entry Receptionist (as needed) Light correspondence with customers and employees Booking travel arrangements Scheduling meetings and appointments The ideal candidate will have Experience with Microsoft Office products Google Productive products Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Good written and verbal communication skills Flexible schedule Quickbooks (a plus, not required) Interest in recruiting, staffing, entrepreneurship Job Details Hourly Rate: $17 per hour Hours: 15 - 20 hours per week Office hours are 8 AM - 5 PM we are open to a schedule that works for the right candidate.
