Job Description

The mission of TLG’s Tenants’ Rights Practice Group is to protect the legal rights of tenants. TLG seeks to hire an attorney for its Tenants’ Rights Practice Group to counsel and represent tenants in eviction and/or potential eviction matters. The attorney hired for this position will provide counseling and litigation services to clients of the firm in and outside of court.

Essential Job Functions include: Handle a caseload of landlord tenant matters, Represent clients in all phases of litigation in court and in administrative hearings, Provide consultative services outside of court to clients of the Firm, Support the development and mission of the Practice Group through active, meaningful participation and advocacy.
