Our agents average 30 homes sold per year. We have an Inside Sales team that schedules appointments for you You spend most of your time focused on selling. Responsibilities: • Work qualified leads provided by our Inside Sales team in a timely manner • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Leverage your personal network and provide exceptional experiences so you are able to leverage referrals • Provide the highest quality experiences to buyers and sellers Qualifications: • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • HOLD, OR ACTIVELY WORKING TO ACQUIRE, A REAL ESTATE LICENSE  • Love helping and serving others • Teachable with a positive attitude • Works well independently and with a team Compensation: $85,000 at plan (commission only) - no cap on income
