We have an Inside Sales team that schedules appointments for you so you spend most of your time focusing on what you do best - selling. Responsibilities: • Work qualified leads provided by our Inside Sales team in a timely manner • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Leverage your personal network and provide exceptional experiences so you are able to leverage referrals Qualifications: • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license  • Loving helping and serving other Compensation: $85,000 at plan (commission only) - no ceiling on income
