An international Project Management Consultancy with businesses throughout North America is searching for a Tenant Coordinator / PM with Retail or Construction experience in the San Jose area.

In the position of Tenant Coordinator / PM, you will manage a list of live projects, along with new projects from concept to completion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Tenant Coordinator, your role will be to oversee a portfolio of high-end Tenant Improvement projects working with the project team to ensure they are profitable and delivered on time. You must manage all the paperwork and coordination for assigned construction projects and lead weekly meetings with the Client, Architect & Engineers Other key tasks will be reviewing RFIs, submittals & change orders and distributing sketches, shop drawings, submittals, schedules and punch lists to subcontractors and Site Superintendents. You will participate in the full project lifecycle from preconstruction to construction delivery to close out.
