What you’ll do:

Lead all financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning

Oversee fund and corporate accounting, cash flow, and capital planning

Partner with asset management on investor reporting and performance

Build and manage a high-performing accounting/finance team

What we’re looking for:

Mid to Senior-level finance leadership experience

Experience in working for Sponsor owned real estate

Track record of owning reporting, controls, and financial operations

CPA/big 4 experience a plus
