    YOUR NEW OPPORTUNITY 

     

    Manage application support, system enhancements, upgrades and regular maintenance across a range of complex systems and their interfaces.  You will demonstrate a strong focus on customer service with a view to being part of a highly efficient service delivery organisation together with:

     

    • Relationship development with internal stakeholders to understand processes and how technology can assist
    • Administer and support the day-to-day operations of the applications including managing upgrades, administration and regular maintenance to ensure optimal operation
    • Provide technical support and advice on applications to ensure optimal use as per standard operating procedures
    • Identify opportunities and implement process and technology improvements
    • Maintain appropriate documentation of applications and associated interfaces and input into support operational models, SOPs, processes and procedures and BCP/DR plans

     

     

    WHAT WILL SET YOU APART FROM THE REST

     

    At RAA we hire on cultural fit first and technical fit second, however, to be successful in these roles you will need:

     

    • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Software Engineering or similar
    • Experience in a similar role
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Release management principles, processes and tools
    • Demonstrated knowledge of change control, quality control and version control principles
