    RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    RAA is entering an exciting time of incredible growth in our IS function, and we are looking for people who want to continue to learn, grow and drive our goals and initiatives! People who are energetic, positive and confident and ready to take the next step in their career to drive and deliver on key IS projects across our organisation.

     

    Reporting to the Service Delivery & Engagement Manager, you will have key responsibility in:

     

    • Initiating, facilitating and delivering on multiple IS related projects, including documentation, resource & stakeholder management, scheduling, finance, issues & risk;
    • Ensuring projects produce the required outputs, to the required quality and within agreed timeframes;
    • Supporting the IS Business Partner to deliver quality timely outcomes in line with the ICT Strategy; and
    • Developing and maintaining project management disciplines across RAA for IS related projects.

     

      

    WHAT YOU NEED:

     

    At RAA we hire on cultural fit first and technical fit second! However, to be successful in the role you will need to have:

     

    • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, or a related discipline, is desired, or experience in a comparative environment would be equally regarded;
    • Demonstrated experience in successfully running Information System Projects;
    • Experience and flexibility with different project delivery styles in order to get the best outcomes;
    • Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and practices;
    • An understanding of application development standards & methodology, including the delivery of, Software as a Service (SaaS) and White Label solutions;
    • Experience in managing multiple simultaneous projects of a large and complex nature.

     

    Your amazing communication and time management skills, together with your ability to lead and support will see you succeed in this role, as will your ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
