    We are looking for a Licensed Counselor to join our Palm Harbor, FL location. Tampa Bay Area Counseling is not a traditional group psychology practice in that we operate in a clinic setting and are all full-time W-2 employees with full benefits, Monday through Friday (no evenings or weekends) on a collaborative team. With over 20 full-time counselors, we educate, collaborate, and assist one another with cases and consultation. Full-time position consists of 30 open clinical hours weekly, based on your own schedule (no weekends allowed). Sessions are hybrid, in-person, and virtual. Starting pay is hourly, please see the average annual compensation for our current full-time therapists under "Compensation". Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality mental health services to both adult and child clients. We do require that our clinicians are open to seeing all ages. • Document patient encounters and progress as required by policy • Participate in monthly meetings with your location's Clinical Manager • Attend quarterly company meetings run by the CEO • Maintain effective communication with other staff members • Leverage individual strengths to enhance client care Qualifications: • It is required to possess a current Florida license as a Psychologist, LCSW, LMHC or LMFT. • Ability to have 30 clinic hours open on a weekly basis • Willingness to learn and develop professionally • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Demonstrated commitment to providing quality care Compensation: $65,000 - $91,000 yearly
