Our current in-house photographer is moving and we are in need of someone to fill his shoes! In this position, you will be responsible for photographing properties, Creating 3D Tours, and doing walk-through videos for each property we list for sale. You will also be responsible for other projects in our office including video production/editing of the content we create. We will provide all of the equipment for this role! This is not a freelance position, you will be working with the owner of the company and our group of agents. Full-time Employment Responsibilities: The candidate will be doing the following for our brokerage • Photographing Properties • Shooting Video of our properties • Flying Drone getting photos and video • Shooting Reels & other social Media content • Shooting Zillow 3D Tours • Shooting Matterport Tours Qualifications: Company Requirements for this role: • Valid Drivers License • Reliable vehicle & willing to Travel Around Tampa Bay • Part 107 Licensed Preferred or willing to obtain • Ability to work 40 to 50 hours per week including some weekends. • Ability to handle light physical work • Must have some photography & videography experience! • Editing experience is a plus! • Podcast experience is a plus! Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
