Position Overview:

The role for our Brand Ambassadors is to help our clients create buzz around their new products and services. We are responsible for the planning, design, execution and metric development per event. Link Management specializes in Trade Shows, Corporate Events, Local Community Outreach and Entertainment Events.

Every day you will:

Become a knowledgeable spokesperson for our clients' brands.

Network, plan and attend weekly promotional events.

Monitor daily workflows to ensure team members are meeting performance goals, following standard policies and procedures.

Manage the performance of the team members through active motivation, assessing key performance indicators and provide effective feedback and communication.

Energetically reach out and engage event attendees at local events either outdoors or indoors

Ideal Candidate will possess:

· Strong communication and time management skills

· Ability to motivate themselves and others to meet targets and metrics

· Must have poise and patients when dealing with customers and clients

· 1+ years in customer service.

· Experience in working with a team in a fast paced environment

· A winning mentality and unwavering positive attitude

This role is based out of our Tampa, FL location and is a full time position.
