TMG Team Members: - Are friendly, attentive, punctual, and enjoy working as a team - Are able to follow directions well and pay attention to details, including safety protocols - Consider the customers' experience as essential to overall team and restaurant success - Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines Maintaining a positive teamwork attitude - Maintain dining room safety and sanitation per County health protocols - Need also to interact via phone for takeout orders, and with drivers from Postmates, Doordash, etc. - May assist with seating customers - Complete regular shift side work and opening or closing duties - Are able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds * Experience in wine pairing and sales is a plus * Experience working for a full-service restaurant is preferred Compensation: - $13.00/Hour +Tips (full-time, experienced server averaging up to $700-$1000 in tips per week!) - Sign-on bonus - Employee meals Employment type: full-time or part-time schedules We are looking forward to receiving your application!
