Part Time assistant needed/ once a week commute to Greenwich village
Looking for a responsible personal assistant to work 10-15 hours a week. Duties will include: Creative writing for documentary film projects Reviewing monthly real estate statements/rent rolls Opening mail Organizing schedule Travel coordinating Dealing with household vendors File making and filling out forms. There is some real estate and accounting involved - proficiency in those areas is a plus! Other tasks may come up, must be flexible and resourceful. A lot of the tasks can be done remotely but once a week I would like to meet in person to work. Greenwich Village neighborhood -
