TPC Twin Cities is currently seeking a full-time HEAD GOLF PROFESSIONAL to direct the daily activities of the entire golf operation and golf shop.  
 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Oversee daily golf and merchandise operations, and facility standards
 
- Develop sales strategy to ensure financial targets are met for outings and tournaments
 
- Assist with PGA TOUR and local tournament event operations, planning and execution
 
- Assist PGA TOUR Players, Members, and Guests with their golfing needs
 
- Responsible for the financial and operational performance of the golf operations
 
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a service team that is passionate and committed to impeccable service
 
- Establish and maintain the daily "pace of play" standard
 
- Track and verify all players and guest, greens fees, golf cars, club storage, lockers, handicap fees, and other chargers necessary, and facilitate accurate accounting and record-keeping
 
- Oversee the golf cart fleet while ensuring proper maintenance and record-keeping
 
- Play golf with a variety of members and\or guests as time permits
 
 
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- At least 5 years’ prior golf management experience in progressively responsible positions, Head Golf Professional experience preferred
 
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
 
- Previous supervisory experience of a team of at least 15 employees or more
 
- Proven track record of ability to train, mentor, develop and retain staff
 
- Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities
 
- Must be a self-starter and have a positive attitude with a passion for service excellence and member satisfaction
 
- Must be a Class A PGA Member in good standing
