    Job Description

    We are seeking a Commercial Account Representative to join our newly established Commercial Division team! Focus on B:B customers, current commercial customers, established institutions, manufacturers and other large opportunities in an assigned territory. As a new role in the company, the commercial account representative will be critical in helping to define and implement business development programs, design a tailored product offering that delivers a service experience that specifically meets the needs of larger Commercial customers.

    Location: CAN LIVE IN ANY STATE WITHIN THE US CENTRAL REGION

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
    • Prospect and contact potential customers
    • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
    • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
    • Create sales material to present to customers

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in B:B sales, customer service, or other related fields
    • Previous experience building relationships, selling to small manufactures, large institutions, large retail chains (e.g., Michael’s, Joanne’s or Hobby Lobby) and/or a highly diverse customer base
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Proven experience in new business development – building a B:B sales relationship from the ground up; proven creativity in identifying new customers and tailoring a product offering and/or selling approach to land and grow the business
    • • High levels of initiative, ability to both support a new strategy and execute against it
    • • MUST be highly collaborative, with ability to work in partnership with all levels of the organization
    • • Comfortable working in a fast paced, evolving work environment and ability to provide insight for continual improvement
    • • Strong written and verbal communication skills
