JOB DESCRIPTION

Tanning consultants are an essential part of our team. Our consultants directly assist our customers and help ensure they receive a tanning experience specifically tailored to their individual needs by educating them on the tanning process, the benefits of premium skin care products and the value of our other services and products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist our customers and help ensure they receive a tanning experience specifically tailored to their individual needs by educating customers on the tanning process, the benefits of premium skin care products and the value of our other products and services.

· Maintain the cleanliness and integrity of your salon through a series of daily tasks and cleaning duties.

· Identify and initiate opportunities to improve salon and work environment.

· Comprehend all pricing, products, service techniques, current promotions and advertisements.

· Perform sales presentations and tour the salon with all guests.

· Establish trust and rapport with customers as a natural path to ensure both customer needs and sales goals are met.

· Complete opening and closing cash handling procedures.

· Able to complete quality work in an efficient manner within agreed upon timeframes

· Manage customer accounts and ensure data integrity of customer forms, contracts, packages and personal information.

· Ability to work independently.

· Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

· Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

· Must be at least 18 years of age
