  • Responsibilities

    Position Overview: The Graphic Designer is responsible for designing and resizing of creative deliverables set by the Marketing Team. The Graphic Designer’s role is essential in the production of creative build-outs for various marketing campaigns while completing day-to-day tasks in a timely and efficient manner. The Graphic Designer will support the Marketing Team as well as ensure all Operations needs are met.

    • Production, repurposing and resizing of approved design systems

    • Collect and complete change requests by various teams and departments in a timely manner

    • Complete all key art collateral and other creative work as assigned by the Marketing Team

    • Uphold brand standards on all design work completed from menu editing/design to marketing campaigns & brand development

    • Assist the Marketing Team with large-scale projects from a creative view point to include: websites, branding, photo/video shoots, content, campaigns, etc.

    • Ensuring all work is looked over by the Marketing Team before submitting for approvals / production

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar and/or training in art and technology, computer/digital art

    • Track record of graphic design execution with at least 1-2 years experience

    • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro & After Effects to the front of the line!)

    • Shows initiative to acquire new technical skills to amplify knowledge & design abilities

    • Strong layout and typography skills

    • Proven ability to work and thrive as a member of a team in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment with multiple projects

    • Strong problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail and meticulous follow through

    • Positive can-do attitude. Self-Motivated, energetic, and organized
