    The Social Media Manager contributes to the creation, management and activation of all social media and related strategy including but not limited to Organic Posting schedules, on brand content conceptualization, organization of grids, timelines, schedules and manages the Digital Marketing Supervisor along with Social Media Coordinators in the execution of posting and community management for all brand channels. Duties and Responsibilities: including but not limited to

    Drive great digital creative to allow for scalability across multiple platforms; these include reserved, programmatic, mobile and social media platforms.

    Oversee monthly social media content calendars, blog posts calendars, and email marketing calendars.

    Manage content creation, video/photoshoots, and sourcing to ensure all content exemplifies brand standards.

    Educates company on social media best practices and in collaboration with Operations, manages in-venue staff members to assist in content generation.

    Develops the strategy with Senior Marketing Team, budgeting, and execution for all online advertising, prospecting and retargeting campaigns, including Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok and third party partners.

    Manages and schedules third party event photographers and videographers.

    Long lead planning for holidays to ensure prepared with marketing initiatives, special menus etc.

    Minimum Education and Qualifications:

    High School Diploma: 4 Year Degree in Business/ Marketing Management preferred.

    Ability to work with emerging software and platforms I.E Tik Tok, Instagram, Sprout, Hootsuite.

    Ability to keep organized across all asset sharing systems and management thereof.

    Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

    Valid Driver’s License.

    21+ years of age.

    Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards.

    Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of marketing management experience specifically in social media platforms & tools.

    Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

    Experience as a digital account supervisor/manager, digital marketing manager, or social community manager is preferred.

    Experience with Adobe Omniture Suite, Asana, TripleSeat, Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics/DFA is a plus.

    Knowledge of online technology with particular focus in blogs, social networks (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter), mobile and other emerging platforms.

    Working knowledge of SEO and SEM.

    Ad platforms for digital and social media marketing.

    Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

    Must possess strong typography skills and sense of space and layout.

    Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail, especially while working under demanding deadline.

    Always seek out new techniques and skills to maintain cutting edge industry knowledge while immersing self in restaurant/hospitality culture and design/digital trends.

    Must have good positive energy to make it through the day.

    Must be able to read the computer monitors.

    Must be able to print legibly for guests to read.

    Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations.

    Must be fluent in both written and spoken English language.

    Must be able to move quickly through work and set the pace in the office and/or venue.

    Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

    Must be dexterous and able to participate in all service aspects.

    Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry as necessary.

    Must be able to push and lift up to 50 lbs.

    Ability to use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.

    Ability to reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

    Ability to talk, hear, taste, and smell.

    Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

    Small to Medium office environment.

    Personal desk space.

    Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

    Occasionally work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds and smoke, the severity of which depends upon Guest volume.

    Office work hours are Monday through Friday 9am-6pm and occasionally work on weekends and holidays with advance notice.
