Job Description

We are hiring  Director of IT Operations for one of the leading organization financial company.  

Direct hire role

Located in Farmington Hills, MI

Will be onsite in office at least 3 days a week for now due to Covid

Must Haves:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

·         6+ years of IT Operations Management experience

·         10+ years of Shared Services experience

·         Strong organization and prioritization skills.

·         Strong project management background and demonstrated experience leading multi-functional teams to deliver verifiable, impactful results.

·         In-depth knowledge of Information Technology principles, theories, and concepts to manage functional areas and provide effective/efficient business solutions

·         Experience providing IT solutions in a highly secured environment

·         Experience providing IT solutions in a high volume, high performance environment

·         Strong leadership and mentoring skills, proven by a track record of success

·         Ability to troubleshoot and debug highly technical issues

·         Will work with 2-3 other directors in order for collaboration through the entire organization.  Will manage teams in:

1. Infrastructure

2. IT Operations

3. Security

4. ITSM / Change Management
