Our classes are dedicated to fostering creativity, discipline, and a love for movement in students of all ages and skill levels.

Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and experienced Tap Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about rhythm, musicality, and dance education, and can inspire students ranging from beginners to advanced performers.

Responsibilities:

Plan and teach engaging tap dance classes for various age groups and skill levels

Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment

Ensure student safety and adherence to studio policies

Collaborate with other instructors and staff

Choreograph dances for performances

Participate in performances or studio events as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience in tap dance (performance and/or teaching)

Strong understanding of rhythm, timing, and technique

Ability to teach students of different ages and abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
