    Job Description

    POSITION TITLE: Legal Operations Intern

    Tapjoy US employees are currently working remotely during COVID-19. This position will begin as remote. The possibility (but not requirement) to work in our San Francisco headquarters may arise late summer 2021. This position is open to candidates located in CA, TX, TN, and MA.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: The Legal Operations Intern will assist in day-to-day legal operations including contract management, review, and drafting. The intern may also conduct research and produce reference material based on their findings and may also assist with producing cross-functional educational material for other departments within the business. The role offers the opportunity to learn new responsibilities, learn about mobile advertising, and learn the nuances of in-house legal work.

    CORE COMPETENCIES: 

    • Logical thinker with business sense (and common sense)
    • Excellent attention to detail with good organizational skills
    • Strong writing and research skills
    • Strong communicator with the ability to explain thoughts in writing and in person.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Law student (2L & 3L preferred)
    • Available 20-40 hours per week for 3 month internship
