We are a gym located in Southwest Austin almost to Dripping Springs. We are a small group of coaches whose experience ranges from group fitness to MMA competitors and trainers. If you are someone who enjoys people and wants to be part of our team, please keep reading! Our programming is group fitness classes (HIIT) that are infused with martial arts. Kickboxing experience or teaching as well as group fitness experience a PLUS!

Tapout Fitness is a franchise -- our programming is designed by Kyle Coletti inventor of the focus master and Greg Jackson. As one of our coaches, you will be trained to lead the classes.

Looking for experienced Group Fitness Instructor with the following traits:

Energetic: Can you pump up the jams, ignite excitement and have FUN??

Flexibility: Do you have the ability to modify on the fly based on fitness levels, limitations of members, etc.??

Emotional Intelligence: Are you sensitive to newcomers, members lacking self confidence, etc.??

Social: Are you good at developing relationships, connections, etc. with people of all ages and cultures??

Inspire: Can you inspire, motivate, and encourage when times get tough or someone is struggling??

Qualifications:

Current CPR/AED certification and basic first aid training is required.

Maintain nationally recognized Group fitness certification by ACE, AFAA, ACSM

Knowledge of group fitness teaching strategies and the incorporation of choreography and safe transitional movement patterns, music, tempo, cueing technique, and rhythm.

High degree of energy and be physically fit to have the endurance to complete the workout.

Salary: $25-$40 per class
