Tapout Fitness in Raleigh is seeking a Membership Sales Advisor.

Tapout Fitness features boxing, kickboxing, boot camp and high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes, along with a high quality martial arts program including practical self-defense, Muay Thai, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed individual membership sales goals:

Convert inquiries (phone/web) into appointments

Daily follow up of existing prospects by phone, email, text, etc.

Visit local businesses to develop new prospects

Close sales

Generate referrals

Develop and implement effective outreach plans to generate new sales leads

Develop and implement effective special events inside and outside the club

This role involves a considerable amount of outreach by phone, as well as time in the community visiting local businesses.

This can be an excellent entry-level sales job for the right person.

We are looking for a person who enjoys the sales process: engaging with new people and clearly communicating the benefits of Tapout Fitness. If you are a natural sales person, an effective communicator, and an organized, dependable worker, you will do well in this job.

Qualifications

Competitive drive to succeed in a commission sales and performance based culture

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Independent, self-starter with strong organizational skills and passion for helping others lead healthy and fit lives

Prior work in a fitness-oriented business is a plus

The position is part time with significant commission potential.
