McKenzie River Brewing is excited to announce that we’re hiring Taproom Servers to join our team at our brand-new Tap House located in the vibrant 5th Street Market in Eugene, Oregon!

If you’re passionate about craft beer, enjoy providing excellent guest experiences, and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment—we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Provide warm, friendly, and knowledgeable service to every guest.

Guide guests through our craft beer offerings, sharing recommendations and information.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Deliver food, beer, and cocktails in a timely manner.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming taproom environment.

Assist with setup, breakdown, and daily side work.

Uphold OLCC and food safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

Previous serving or bartending experience required

Strong communication and customer service skills.

A positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.

Must be 21+ with a current OLCC Server Permit and Food Handler’s Card (or ability to obtain before starting).

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
