    Role Overview

    As a Field Sales Representative (FSR) , your primary responsibility is to increase sales and expand distribution for OM products. You’ll execute trade objectives, implement strategies, and conduct in-store promotional events to drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct daily retail store visits to introduce OM products, ensure proper product placement, and maintain inventory levels.
    • Organize and execute in-store promotional events to create a positive consumer experience and drive sales.
    • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement sales plans for assigned territory.
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship-building.

    Qualifications

    • Sales experience, (tobacco preferred but not required); familiar with sales quotas.
    • Comfortable working in the tobacco industry and establishing customer account plans.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to work with the public.
    • Organized, personable, and neat appearance.
    • Proficient in MS office and internet.
    • Valid driver’s license

    Work Environment

    • The majority of work will require light travel and in-store promotional events.
    • Some light office work may be required.
    • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
