    Job Description

    We are eagerly seeking talented full-time residential real estate buying specialists to join our successful call center team. You will pursue new residential properties for the company and cultivate relationships with sellers to buy their homes from them. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and be able to build connections with homeowners and investor/landlords in superior fashion. If you provide top-level service and are ready for a lucrative change, we would love for you to be a part of our team!

     

    COMPENSATION:

    • Salary + Commission + 401k
    • 50K Base + Expected $50,000 - $150,000 commission yearly

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build rapport with homeowners and overcome objections to get an offer accepted.
    • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letters of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
    • Outbound prospecting via auto-dialer and SMS
    • Answer inbound hot leads 24/7
    • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
    • Follow up on all leads and requests for information daily

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • +1 years of experience in a sales environment - background in timeshares/solar sales/door-to-door/insurance is a Plus
    • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
    • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed, you are hungry and willing to go the extra mile
    • Experience with Dialer Systems and CRM is a Plus
