    We are seeking an experienced RECRUITER to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing candidates in specific roles for our clients. You are the kind of person who takes the reins on day one with full life cycle recruiting. Building relationships with clients and candidates through the delivery of exceptional customer service and fostering mutual respect, long term business relationships, and earned trust.

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Engage in direct and indirect recruiting efforts including the identification, qualification and presentation of candidates to external Clients and for internal Managers
    • Full life cycle recruiting: define needs, prospect/source candidates, screen/interview, coordinate interviews, extend and negotiate offers
    • Build your network by attending industry events and conferences
    • Make creative use of social networking sites and applications
    • Experience using LinkedIn and Google Boolean searches to find passive candidates
    • Work with clients to understand specific hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies
    • Creative and efficient problem solver, cool under pressure with a gift for multi-tasking

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

    • 1-3 years of experience in an agency recruiting role
    • Sense of urgency, prioritization, and high professionalism
    • Ability to be productive while working independently in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
    • Internet savvy, strong MS Office skills and Internet research experience
    • Ability to exercise discretion and make independent decisions
    • Knowledge of recruiting software, job boards, resume databases, and social networking
    • Ability to gain access to and cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and Human Resources decision makers
    • Proven ability to fill all levels of positions with interest in knowing the latest staffing trends (local/national), continuously improving recruiting techniques, and following industry changes
    • Proficient at handling difficult client/candidate negotiations with professionalism and respect
    • Exhibit strong drive for results and success; convey a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations; persist despite obstacles, setbacks, and competing influences
    • Must be open to travel as needed.
