    REMOTE CLIENT SERVICE AND TECH SUPPORT

    (NATIONWIDE REMOTE OPPORTUNITY!)      

    $14/HR/HR. DOE (WEEKLY PAY!) 2-3 MONTH CONTRACT (STRONG POTENTIAL FOR EXTENSION)

    THIS POSITION IS A FULLY REMOTE, NATIONWIDE POSITION

     

    SUMMARY:

    Our client is seeking an Associate Support Engineer to join the team to support their Emails, Messaging (SMS/MMS), Customer Interfaces (Console), Account Security, and Billing Support.  The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, will be tech savvy, customer focused, have outstanding communication skills, and is looking to grow within a great company.

    • Excellent time management and organizational skills and are comfortable working under pressure.
    • Remain calm and effective at higher workloads as well as excelling at prioritizing and evaluation of situational urgency.
    • Able to work with remote teams and across time zones to foster a cohesive and creative work environment.
    • Builds customer confidence by communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences on all support channels.
    • Very strong attention span and attention to detail
    • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex problems with potentially costly and far-reaching consequences.
    • Experience working and entering information within a software database

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 1+ years of experience in customer/technical support is a plus and must have a desire to provide professional customer and/or technical support.
    • Experience with SFDC, Quickbooks, Zuora or other financial management software and financial principles a plus.
    • Clear verbal and written communicator with an empathetic approach to troubleshooting and customer service. 
    • Demonstrated interest in a technical field.
    • Accountable, Self Motivated, Focused and Collaborative.
    • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
