    PAY RATE: $35/HR

    6 MONTH CONTRACT/POTENTIAL FOR EXTENSION

    Our leading Tech client is looking for a self-starting team player for their GTM Enablement Team. You will own many of the team logistics and processes including scheduling for their SDR and AE Onboarding programs, ongoing enablement programs, one-off trainings, and on demand assignments. You will also support the management of the ever-growing content repository to ensure that only the most up-to-date content is available for their field. This will include building content, landing pages for users, and sharing content with other teams. This is an exciting and critical role that requires analytical thinking, creativity, and a go-getter attitude. This role reports to the GTM Enablement Manager who oversees Content, Systems, Processes, & SDR Enablement. This role will have room for flexibility and growth into other areas as our priorities and team expands.

     

    JOB DUTIES

    • Own onboarding scheduling, logistics, and assignments for AEs and SDRs
    • Run ongoing enablement program process and project flow for communications, assignments, and scheduling
    • Support the management of our Content Management System (Highspot) to ensure up-to-date content
    • Build decks and landing pages for projects and programs that Enablement runs

     

    YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU…

     

    • Have 2+ years of demonstrated success in an enablement, program management, or an Administrator role
    • Have strong program management skills including attention to detail, communication, critical thinking, organization, and problem solving
    • Enjoy working cross-functionally with many teams and organizations
    • Are a structured thinker and have a knack for processes and best practices
    • Are committed to documenting and building repeatable organization flows
    • Test your assumptions with data and are ready to experiment, get feedback, fail fast and continuously improve
    • Are excited about rolling up your sleeves and getting stuff done in the unstructured environment of a hyper growth technology startup

    REQUIREMENTS

     

    • BA/BS degree in a business related field
    • Experience with CMS such as Highspot is required
    • Experience with a learning management system
    • Experience with reporting and dashboards in Salesforce
    • You have an innate desire to help others succeed
    • You are data driven, and like to utilize data insights to drive decision making
    • You are process-driven and can build out programs end-to-end while working with necessary stakeholders
