    GLOBAL CAMPAIGNS MANAGER- CAMPUS

    $50-$65/HOUR DOE

    REMOTE: ANYWHERE IN THE US

    TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT: 7-MONTH ASSIGNMENT

     

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    As part of the Global Campaigns team, the Global Campaigns Manager for Campus will own the strategy, execution and optimization of global demand generation campaigns. You will work closely with the product marketing and field marketing team to disseminate campaign messaging that supports our go-to-market themes, ensuring that these messages are distributed to the right audiences at the right time across our various marketing channels and global regions. You’ll collaborate with channel owners to ensure seamless delivery of fully integrated campaigns that drive awareness, database growth, lead conversion and pipeline creation, and sales acceleration.

     

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage global integrated demand generation campaign strategy through alignment and collaboration with teams across the marketing organization, including product marketing, digital advertising, content, creative, social, and regional programs to deliver a unified message to the market.
    • Shape the strategic direction for the overall campaign. Develop, plan and execute integrated marketing plans across a variety of tactics, including journey mapping, campaign development, content maps, nurture, events, and programs to create a consistent customer experience across all channels.
    • Partner with internal creative team and external vendors to develop creative concepts, themes and assets to support execution of the campaign.
    • Measure, analyze, report, and optimize the performance of integrated campaigns to ensure maximum ROI across all channels: email, social media, webinar, content syndication, and paid media
    • Communicate campaign findings to marketing leadership, highlighting wins, losses, and opportunities to inform future strategy iteration.
    • Work closely with product marketing and sales enablement teams to ensure message continuity across the marketing and sales experience, making sure sales teams are armed with the relevant messaging to maximize campaign follow-up impact.

     

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years of professional experience with 3+ years experience in demand generation campaigns in a high-growth SaaS company.
    • Extensive experience working cross-functionally to execute full-funnel integrated marketing campaigns across multiple international regions.   
    • Strong understanding of funnel metrics and optimization strategies to maximize campaign ROI. 
    • Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects at once and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders 
    • Strong analytical and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Self-sufficient: can complete tasks and projects independently and within groups with limited management required.

     

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Experience with higher education marketing - globally
    • In-depth knowledge of higher education industry and how to market to universities 
    • Self-starter with strong communication skills, ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
    • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, On24, and Hive a plus.
