DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST (STRONG EXCEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!)

NATIONWIDE REMOTE POSITION!!!

PAY: $20 / HOUR (DOE!)

6-12 MONTH CONTRACT

M-F 40 HOURS 

SUMMARY:

Our client is growing rapidly tech company and seeking a true data entry specialist with strong excel expertise to help us scale our product operations. This role will join the Messaging Channels Operations team which is a key part of our client’s Messaging Business Unit, whose primary responsibilities include managing our day-to-day technical data entry support operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years Data Entry experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience is a MUST!!!
• Knowledge of data architecture, data quality, data mapping, and data structures ·
• Experience working directly with external or internal customers, obtaining documentation, providing support, and interacting with their IT staff and infrastructure
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High school degree
